SERVICES PROVIDED IN EACH CASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Pre-mediation review of materials submitted in advance of the mediation.
- Mediation
- Lunch
- Post-mediation discussions at the request of any party.
TRAVEL TIME
The ONLY time any expense for travel time will be incurred is if the hearing is canceled after travel to the mediation site has taken place (please see cancellation policy).
PAYMENT OF FEES
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all parties will share all fees equally.
DISCOUNTS
Effective January 1, 2020:
Mediating 2 cases in 1 day Parties now have the option of choosing one of two approaches toward submissions and fees on BOTH cases:
- Providing a total maximum submission of 10 page brief and materials
on EACH case, and receive a 10% (10 per cent) discount on EACH case,
or
- Standard maximum submission of a 10 page brief and 25 pages of highlighted materials (not highlighted not read), with no discount.
